2nd Swing Golf Top-100 Mizuno Fitter

2nd Swing Golf Top-100 Mizuno Fitter

MINNEAPOLIS – Minneapolis-based retailer 2nd Swing Golf this month was named one of Mizuno Golf’s Top-100 Fitters in America.

This marks the third straight year 2nd Swing has been honored by Mizuno as a nationwide leader in golf club fitting.

The announcement comes on the heels of several industry accolades for 2nd Swing, including a spot on Golf Digest’s most recent list of the Top-100 Fitters in the U.S.

With the aid of Mizuno’s Performance Fitting System, 2nd Swing’s certified Mizuno fitting professionals can analyze every aspect of a golf swing to determine each golfer’s ideal set makeup and specifications such as loft, lie angle and shaft length and flex.

Using those measurements, 2nd Swing fitters adjust the golfer’s current set or order new clubs custom-crafted by Mizuno. Either option results in golf clubs that work with a player’s natural swing to bring out the best in his or her game.

As one of the world leaders in the manufacture of forged golf clubs, Mizuno is particularly attuned to the enhanced on-course performance that custom-fit clubs offer players of all skill levels.

Mizuno’s proprietary club-forging process, Grain Flow Forging, not only imbues clubs with unparalleled sound and feel, it allows 2nd Swing expert fitters to adjust the clubs to a greater degree than other construction techniques allow.

“We take a lot of pride in our fitting expertise with forged irons,” said 2nd Swing founder Simon Kallal.

“We’ve brought together state-of-the-art technology and award-winning fitters so that in our stores avid golfers can experience a Tour-level fit, just like PGA golfers get in the Tour van,” Kallal said.
